Adele Trott
            Massage Therapist - Reflexology
    Adele originally qualified as a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and Electrologist with CIDESCO in England back in 1988.  She has worked in a Health Spa in the north of England before relocating to the Island of Jersey where she worked in a Health Spa for a number of years before joining the Cruise ships.  Adele moved to Naples in 1996, while continuing to work part time on the cruise ships and in 2003 became a full time resident, and went back to school to get her NCTMB.  She specializes in Thai-Bamboo-Hot Stone, Deep Tissue -Swedish, &  Aromatherapy.   Adele loves what she does and looks forward to helping you soon.

Julia F. Dollinger
            Nationally Certified Reflexoligist & Licensed Massage Therapist
    Julia has lived the last 30 years of her life visiting Marco Island.  She has now moved down to the island.  Julia has spent the last 35 years in the Boston Area, and in private practice in Boston for the last 3 years.  She would like to share her talents and work with likeminded people.  Taking care of your body is key.  She is very happy to be a new member of the Skin Renewal Family.

    Julia believes in the benefits of reflexology and is certified in several methods.  Cranio-Sacral Reflexology, Universal and the American Standard.  Julia also has Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.  Julia is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional consulant, thru the Commonwealth of Ma., and National Personal Training Institude.  Julia also does Swedish Massage and has taken classes in Neuro-muscular/Myofascial massage. Julia also serves on the Board of the Reflexology Association of America.   And is a member of International Council of Reflexologists, and the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.  She looks forward to meeting you, while sharing the benefits of Reflexolgy and Massage. 

Inga-Lill Tuffner
            Massage Therapist
      Inga-Lill Tuffner is a Licensed Massage Therapist.  She was born in Finland.   She has lived and worked in Finland, Norway, and for the last two years in Marco Island, FL.  Inga-Lill received her education in Finland, Norway, Sweden and America. She is a graduate of Helsinki Healthcare Massage Therapy Academy and Florida Healthcare Academy. She combines her Scandinavian training with her on-going American studies.  Inga-Lill is passionate about education, and with over 25 years of experience, she uses her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, to custom design a massage to fit her client’s needs.  She believes that mind/body balance is the key to whole health.  Inga-Lill continues to study Eastern Philosophies and likes to combine these practices with Western Philosophies.  By providing massage therapy, she can decrease pain and muscle tension, and increase emotional balance and relaxation. She is an instructor and practitioner of Yoga-Pilates, and a Certified Personal Trainer.
