Jess has been a Holistic Health educator since 1998. She is a certified health coach, Licensed Massage Therapist & Instructor, Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Chakra & Crystal Healer and yoga instructor.

You may know Jess from her 16 years at Summer Day Market and Cafe in the Marco Town Center. She and her family served the community at the beloved Health food store until April of 2017 when they sold it to the current owners.

Jess is devoted to assisting others on their path to wellness, and those already on their path, so that you may be healthy, whole and empowered.
