Reiki is an energetic healing session that can either be done through touch or compIetely hands off.  You may have already tried a number of things to recover your sense of wellbeing. Maybe you are just beginning the search for something to help you feel like yourself again.  Whatever the scenario, you know deep down that something doesn’t feel right and you aren’t quite able to put a finger on how to fix it.  

Reiki can help.  The emotional healing aspect of Reiki is enormous.  Clients have reported anger and frustration clearing, increased peacefulness and feelings of elation.  A session can facilitate in opening your heart center and in releasing feelings that are no longer serving you.  All of our Reiki treatments include a chakra balanicng and aura cleansing.

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras.  Our therapists will scan each of your major chakras to let you know if they are open, under-active or over-active.  This treatment will then use Reiki, crystals and sound healing for balancing your chakras and in turn clearing your auric field and strengthening your energetic body, enhancing your physical wellbeing.  Some clients describe sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured or visions of images and colors.  Some clients experience and emotional release such as tears or they may develop insight into specific areas of their lives.  

This service may be added to any massage or body treatment.

It involves applying a sequence of essential oils along the spine and on the feet, mimicking the gentle sensation of raindrops falling on the skin. The therapy combines aromatherapy, massage, and reflexology to support relaxation, energy balance, and overall wellness.

The Moench Method is a hands-on bodywork approach designed to locate and release deep muscular and fascial restrictions that limit movement, restrict blood flow, and keep pain coming back.
